booked a room for the jetted tub. climate control, television, and a fridge in the room were useful. it had marvellous and stunning location, very close to northern alberta institute and lrt terminal walking distance.

The room is a nice size with exceptionally good views of the mountains.

Upgraded place with knowledgeable staff from both staff workers and the manager. Friendly check-in, spotless and adequate rooms with the bathroom, an attractive new decor, for example. Lots of fab food for meals. The hotel of choice in Edmonton.

Staff and facility were top notch

Booked.net did not relay all of our information. I had asked for 1 room with 2 beds, and 2 with 1 bed. All 3 rooms had 1 bed. Also, the rate was not what I had booked. Lucky for us, the fabulous staff fixed our rooms, and adjusted the rate.

I liked that they had a Tim Hortons

The breakfast had a great selection of delicious food. I really liked having a fridge, AC, and TV in the room. The location was perfect, right across from the mall. 🌟
